The forms are intended for adults. For children, only the information needed to organise the activity (first name, age) is collected, and only from the parent or legal guardian who registers the child.
Your rights
You have the right to access, rectify, erase, object to, restrict and port your data, as well as the right to withdraw your consent at any time and to give instructions about what happens to your data after your death. To exercise them, write to us:

Cookies and trackers
A “cookie” is a small file stored on your device when you visit a website. The Site uses two categories of trackers.
Trackers needed for the site to work (no consent required)
- Language: remembers the language you chose (French or English);
- Cookie choice: remembers your answer to the banner below;
- Newsletter invitation window: remembers that it has already been offered to you, so it is not shown again;
- Administration login: reserved for the Oasis team.
Audience measurement (with your consent)
If you click “Accept” in the banner, Google Analytics sets cookies (_ga and _ga_…) to produce visitor statistics, with IP address anonymisation. If you click “Decline”, or do not answer, they are not set. Your choice is stored on your device.
You can also delete or block cookies at any time in your browser settings; some features of the Site may then be degraded.
