These terms apply to every booking or registration made with the Oasis des possibles, on www.oasisdespossibles.com, by phone, by e-mail or on site. Last updated: October 2026.
1. The seller

2. Purpose
These terms govern the sale of the services offered by the Oasis: accommodation (Tiny Cocoon, Les Sens Ciel, camping, hammock), courses, workshops, evenings and other events, corporate or private events on quotation, and an optional organic breakfast. Any booking implies acceptance of these terms.
3. Prices
Prices are shown in CFP francs (XPF) on the site at the time of booking. For some events, the price per person decreases from a certain number of participants in the same registration: the rate applied and the total are displayed before you confirm. Prices may change; the price that applies is the one displayed at the time of booking.
4. Booking and registration
Bookings can be made online, by phone or by e-mail. Places are limited. Accommodation must be booked for a minimum of 2 nights. A registration is final only once payment has been received: until it is paid, it remains “pending”. For payment by cheque or cash, the place is held for 7 days; after this period without payment, it may be released.
5. Payment
Payment can be made by online bank card on a secure payment page provided by the payment provider MOBUPAY (the Oasis never has access to card numbers), by cheque to the payee indicated during registration, or in cash. Payment is due at registration for events, and according to the terms confirmed by the Oasis for stays and quotations. An invoice or receipt is issued on request.
6. Corporate and private events
They are subject to a prior quotation. The order is firm once the quotation has been accepted by the customer, together with a deposit if specified on the quotation.
7. Cancellation and refunds
- Cancellation by the customer at least 7 days before the date of the service: full refund of the amounts paid.
- Cancellation by the customer less than 7 days before the date, or no-show: the amounts paid remain due, unless the Oasis agrees or in a documented case of force majeure.
- Rescheduling: on request, a registration can be moved to another event, subject to availability.
- Cancellation by the Oasis (insufficient number of participants, bad weather, unavailability of the instructor, force majeure): a new date is offered or the amounts paid are refunded in full.
Refunds are made using the same payment method as the original payment, within 30 days.
8. Right of withdrawal
Accommodation and leisure services provided on a specific date or at a specific frequency are not subject to a right of withdrawal: the cancellation conditions of article 7 apply.
9. Stay and safety
Participants and guests follow the instructions given on site and respect the nature and quiet of the place. Children remain under the responsibility of their parents or companions. The Oasis is a natural site: closed shoes are recommended, and animals are accepted only with prior agreement.
10. Liability
The Oasis is responsible for the proper performance of the services sold. It cannot be held liable for personal belongings left on site, nor for damage resulting from failure to follow the instructions. The information on the site (dates, prices, availability) may change and is binding only once the booking is confirmed.
11. Personal data
The data collected is used to manage bookings and registrations. It is neither sold nor transferred. Details are in the legal notice, under “Personal data protection”.
12. Applicable law and disputes
These terms are governed by the law applicable in New Caledonia. In case of difficulty, the customer first contacts the Oasis to seek an amicable solution. Failing that, the courts of Nouméa have jurisdiction.
